SHERWOOD MODEL:  30'x50' with 15' eve height. The porch is 8' wide. The Sherwood also looks great with a hip roof with steel roofing (see 3-D renderings below).

The exterior porch and patio floor is covered with slate. There is the customary 12" overhang all sides of the building.
 
The portico porch floor extends over and in front of the RV garage. This forms a walkway without any dangerous stepups.
  
The model also looks good when using a 4' high brick wall with Hardiplank above.

Designed with entertainment in mind, the 8' wrap-around porch and portico is both practical and inviting. There is a break in the porch for a trellis garden area. This allows full-sized windows in the upstairs. Scroll down to see elevations of the interior.
 
Notice that the hip roof of the portico matches the main hip roof. The steel on the porch roof could be changed to architectural shingles.
 
The wrap-around porch can be either removed altogether or turned into a handsome carport. Or you could have both -- your choice.

34x52 Sherwood Downstairs level. Features 9' ceilings, 3 closets, and a luxurious, spacious bath (doors may be added). The bedroom is 16' wide, the hall and utility room is 18'; hence, the building is 34' in width. 
 
If you do not require a second floor, the staircase may be used for a kitchenette or additional storage, a game area, etc. Note the cooking station to the right of the bath entrance. It has a microwave, 2 burners, sink and refrigerator. 
The upstairs is transformed into an entertainment bonanza: in-home theater, billiard room, and bar. Imagine having your RV buddies over for a game. 
The Sherwood may be customized; for instance, the upstairs could be made into 2 bedrooms and the downstairs into a social room.
The powder room is sure to impress your guests. The boxed space beside the closet is for AC ducting.
