KNOW THE QUESTIONS TO ASK WHEN INVESTING YOUR HARD-EARNED DOLLARS!
Bradley Mighty Steel Carports and Metal Buildings are designed to last a lifetime. The wind may huff and puff but it will not blow your carport or building down -- Mighty Steel structures are engineered to withstand winds up to 100 miles per hour. And the sun, rain and snow will not harm Fabral's Grandrib 3 panel ribbed decking. The latter is fashioned from 29 gauge industrial quality full hard steel and has a protective galvanized coating.

Fabral metal wall and roof systems come with 10 built-in levels of protection:

  • Bare Steel: Fabral uses only 29 gauge, 80,000 minimum PSI  bare steel, with a minimum .015 thickness before paint is applied to assure you of the thickest, strongest panel in the industry -- up to 50% stronger than some competitors' 26 gauge, 40,000 PSI steel.
  • Galvanization (2 layers): Grandrib 3 has up to 1.0 oz. of zinc protection as compared to competitors' G60 or G90 products, resulting in up to 67% more corrosion protection.
  • Zinc Pretreatment (2 layers): Prepares the surface for paint while adding additional corrosion resistance. Many other panels skip this procedure.
  • Sealer Coat (2 layers): Seals the Zinc Pretreatment and smoothes the surface to receive the paint.
  • Thick Primer Coat (2 layers): Prepares the surface for consistent color application while adding even more corrosion protection.
  • Backer Coat: Full coat backer in off-white for consistency inside the building.
  • Top Coat: Super Alurite 2000, the industry leading exterior paint for color retention and durability.

All this adds up to...

Gradrib 3
is backed by an industry leading 30 Year Warranty for crack, check, and peel, and a 25 Year Warranty for chalk and fade.

Fabral's strict quality control procedures assure you of receiving a superior finish every time.

               SOLAR GUARD Insulation

SOLAR GUARD
is a high-quality, highly resilient fiber glass blanket insulation which offers excellent insulating value along with noise reduction, an attractive appearance, and vapor retardation. The latter retards the condensation of moisture on a cold roof and the resulting water droplets. Hence, you may wish to insulate the roof with SOLAR GUARD even if you do not plan on insulating the walls.

Johns Manville's unique space-saving compression process allows a thermal blanket only 1/4" thick. The space age product is faced with two choices of vapor retarders: (1) aluminum facing on both sides, which is highly reflective and gives a bright metal surface; and (2) an aluminum facing on the back and a white facing on the front; the latter cuts down on the reflective aspect and is more conducive to a workplace environment.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

  • Attractive appearance
  • Vapor Retardation
  • Noise reduction
  • Odor free
  • Does not promote or accelerate corrosion
  • Does not breed or promote bacteria, fungi or vermin

INSULATION OR R-VALUES

  • R-10  Aluminum facing on back and white facing on front (recommended when not finishing the interior)
  • R-11  Double aluminum facing (recommended when finishing the interior with paneling, etc.)
