The 5'x8' recessed porch in a transforms the stately structure into an inviting home. Brick is installed by a local artisan and is not included in our pricing.

This building may be customized for your particular requirements. The model features a row of 3' x 4' clearstory windows, which flood the interior with light.

The price for Plan C is approximately $105,000.00 as shown in most areas of the country (secondary garage is smaller with 2 10'x10 garage doors). The Biscayne is engineered for your specific zip code and, according, to snow, wind, and seismic loads, the price could be higher. Includes a similar window package, 6 garage doors, 2 openers, and 2 entrance doors. Price includes applicable taxes and discounts. Concrete slab, patio, ramps, and walkways are not included. Moreover, the exhaust fan, sconces, and wall AC are not included.

The Biscayne may be used as a museum, a club, church, or any recreational facility. This is a one-of-a-kind creation just waiting for an award. The wrap-around porch is 10' in width with 9' high posts. 
 
The rendering shows steel stucco siding and artificial river rock. Standard ribbed steel is an option.
