The Sonata RV Port Garage / Home / Office / Workshop
These plans are copyrighted 2015.

The Sonata is built in the Southeastern region of the United States:  Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and the southernmost parts of Tennessee and North Carolina. Sorry, but we do not build this model in Florida or Virginia.

Sonata RV Port Home with Garage and Porch.
Depicted is a 34'x53 Sonata RV Port. The copyrighted model has great street appeal. This design may be customized; for instance, the width and length may be changed, the model flipped so that the RV garage is on the left side, etc.

The covered porch is 8' in width, allowing 12" on either side of the French doors. Again, the floor plan calls for additional windows.

RV Port home floor plan.
Possible interior elevation. Not only does the RV provide a bedroom, but also the RV port. This plan may be customized. See next.
RV port home with 2nd garage and bedroom.
The above plan is pretty much flipped in that the entrance is off the covered porch. Moreover, the porch wraps around the front so that a portico is created which the car/truck has to drive under. In this plan, cooking is reserved to the RV.

Add a couple of handsome cupolas to add more curb appeal. The cupolas are roof jewelry in that they do not function.  Click here  for more information about vinyl copulas:
