Cambridge Onyx True
Two-Story Garage Apartment. Features: 2- or 3-car garage, office, &
plans are Copyrighted 2015.
Cambridge Onyx is built in the Southeastern region of the United States:
Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, South Carolina, North
Carolina, Tennessee, and the southernmost part of Virginia. Sorry,
but we do not build this model in Florida.
The Cambridge Deluxe Onyx model is a
true two-story with 9'1" of headroom both upstairs and down. The copyrighted model may either be built with a
2-car garage with an office in-between or a 3-car garage (scroll down to
see this model). The size is 24' in depth and 40' in
length. Scroll down to see what this footprint can deliver.
As with all Bradley models, the Onyx
may be modified to meet your requirements. Colors are a personal choice
and limited only to one's imagination. Bradley will be happy to show you this
model in other colors. Scroll down

another color scheme.
The office/workshop could be a 3rd
bedroom for a guest or teenager.
This is a good living plan. The
great room, expanded even further by the open stairwell, will surprise
every guest as to the size. The plan features two
queen-sized bedrooms, room for a stack washer and dryer, a pantry, and
large closets. A dining room table could be
substituted for the counter dining. The 12'x8' deck invites you to come
outside to either barbecue or lounge
around. Notice the stair lift chair. It folds up when not in use.
The Onyx is customizable; for
instance, eliminate the office/workshop and install a 3rd garage. The hip roof style, while extremely handsome, may be changed to a
truss system where you would have gable ends.
