Single Car Garage and Pool House with Storage

| OVERHEAD ELEVATION A: 20x30 single garage with pool house, storage, and 10x16 portico. |
|
|
| BATH ELEVATION: The bath is handsome enough to leave the door open. The area of the shower and water closet are dictated by the size of shower purchased. If you decide on a 36" shower, the private area may be widened by 2". |

| OVERHEAD ELEVATION B: The entertainment area features a tray ceiling. A 13' 10" by 19' room is relatively large. The tray ceiling is 18" in height. Two sides are built into the trusses; the other two are stick built on the site. |

| ENTRANCE ELEVATION: Sliding glass doors are not recommended in a party room, as someone may try to run through the glass. The concrete patio has been extended to the edge of the building proper. This allows a grill and a flower box or some other decorative accent across from it. |

OVERHEAD ELEVATION: As an
alternative, the AC unit may be framed directly into the wall. The hot
water heater is situated in the bath area; the dishwasher has been
deleted. Tray ceilings are added in the trusses. This is
relatively inexpensive and allows lighting and fans to be above the
heads of guests. It also lends a nice touch to both the portico and
entertainment areas.
Placing the hot water heater either in the storage room or garage allows a linen closet for dry towels and a hamper beneath for wet ones. |

| GARAGE ELEVATION: The door is 9' in width and 7' in height. The smaller window is over the water closet in the bathroom. The portico is 10' x 14' in width. |

| OVERHEAD ELEVATION: The layout is borrowed from the plan you sent. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a two-burner stove, a single sink, and a dishwasher. There are cabinets over the appliances. Scroll down for a variation. |

| ENTRANCE ELEVATION: In this elevation there is an open closet for hanging clothing while changing. The kitchen is situated on the front wall which allows an open entertainment area. Notice the traffic pattern; it is in tile so that water is not dripped on carpeting. |
