Mighty Steel Plans

SHERWOOD RV AND GARAGE COMBINATION: Pricing for a 30x75 SHERWOOD RV garage and a wrap-around 8 wide porch (pictured above) runs about $46,000.00 plus 1/2 your county tax delivered and installed on your concrete slab. Bradley does not charge tax to clients outside of Georgia.

Includes: Grandbeam lap siding (not pictured), full insulation, 8/12 roof pitch, insulated 12x14 garage door for Class "A" RV, windows, walk doors, much more. The 75' length allows 50' for parking the RV. In the rear is a 30' wide x 25' deep garage with two each insulated 9x7 garage doors with glass. The front entry door opens into either a storage room or office. The roof jewelry, cupola and weathervane, is optional. Note: Plan is shown with two-tone vertical steel with a chair rail dividing the two. You have a choice of either the Grandbeam lap siding and the two-tone approach.

LEFT: Sherwood with two-color wainscot.
RIGHT: Evergreen roof with cupola and weathervane.

SHERWOOD Garage with Storage and a Wrap-Around Porch. The porch clears 8' to align with the height of 7' high garage doors. The building is 29' wide in total, to include the 5' porch on the front. Note: Bradley neither builds nor installs dormers.

FRONT ELEVATION OF ABOVE PLAN: Although the two dimensional drawing looks flat, the building will have a great three dimensional look when completed. The 5' porch across the front creates a very nice portico for the garage doors and a covered area for walking between the 10' porch and garage area. Note: Bradley neither builds nor installs dormers.
TANGO RV AND STANDARD GARAGE COMBINATION:  Features a 20x30 standard garage combined with a 16'x45' RV garage.  The roof pitch on the standard garage has been increased to 8/12 in order to receive the two dormers. The roof is adjusted on site to match up with the roof of the RV garage. A cupola located towards the front of the RV garage adds roof jewelry to that structure.

Pricing for a 16x50 Tango RV garage and a 24x30 attached garage runs about $35,600.00 delivered and installed on your concrete slab. Includes: Grandbeam lap siding, full insulation, 8/12 roof pitch on the attached garage, two dormers with windows, 2 other windows, two 48" walk doors, much more. The roof jewelry, cupola and weathervane, is optional. Note: Bradley does not charge tax to clients outside of Georgia.

Note: Bradley neither builds nor installs dormers.

TANGO RV AND STANDARD GARAGE LEFT SIDE ELEVATION C:  The view shows the height of the 30' side of the garage; again, the roof has an 8/12 pitch in order to accommodate the dormers.

Note: Bradley neither builds nor installs dormers.

TANGO RV AND STANDARD GARAGE RIGHT SIDE ELEVATION C:  One or more windows may be added to this elevation.
TANGO RV AND STANDARD GARAGE PLUS WORKSHOP AND STORAGE BUILDING: This concept has it all -- scroll down to the floor plan to see an overhead elevation.

Note: Bradley neither builds nor installs dormers.

TANGO RV AND STANDARD GARAGE PLUS STORAGE BUILDING:  The storage building is 10x16 and may be entered from the RV area. Of course, the storage building may be a large as desired.
TANGO STANDARD GARAGE ELEVATION:  The building is L-shaped (see floor elevation below) and is 44' in width. The double car garage on the left in this plan goes back 40'; however, it can be larger. The area on the right goes back 30'. The garage door on the right could be placed on the end and two windows and a door on the front. Note that the roll-up doors are 8' in height; the walls are 10' in height. If you go with standard home-style garage doors, the side walls for an 8' high door only has to be 9'. It is 8' high for a 7' high door. Price for this configuration, to include full insulation, is about $36,200.00 plus applicable tax (no tax outside of Georgia).

Note: Bradley neither builds nor installs dormers.

TANGO GARAGE FLOOR ELEVATION:  The red lines represent the roof configuration. The 24' garage would be bridged with posts in the very center. Otherwise, it is open through out.
KINGSTON RV GARAGE WITH LEAN-TO STANDARD GARAGE:  In this view, the roof of the 20x30 garage is an extension of the higher RV roof. Dormers are situated on the right side in order to balance the look of the building. The garage door on the left is a 16x7; the one on the right is 12'x14'.
KINGSTON LEFT SIDE ELEVATION
KINGSTON RIGHT SIDE ELEVATION:

KINGSTON OVERHEAD ELEVATION: The 20x30 garage opens into the RV garage. The posts separating the two are 5' on center. The plan can be changed with ease; hence, please feel free to move things around.
FREEMONT FRONT ELEVATION: In this view, the 20x30 garage roof is turned around in the manner of the Tango; however, a cupola and weathervane -- roof jewelry -- have been added instead of the dormers. The roof has a standard pitch. Pricing for an 18x50 RV garage and a 30x30 garage is about $36,000.00.
FREEMONT LEFT SIDE ELEVATION:
SIGNATURE GARAGE/OFFICE/WORKSHOP ELEVATION: This is a plan for a 24x36 Mighty Steel model with two 5' wide dormers. The garage doors are 9x7's. Features 26 gauge Grandbeam lap siding. The roof pitch has been increased to an 8/12 in order to accommodate the dormers. Price is around $17,500.00 constructed on your concrete slab. Note: Bradley neither builds nor installs dormers.
SIGNATURE GARAGE/OFFICE/WORKSHOP ELEVATION: A more distant view showing possible driveway and landscaping.
SIDE ELEVATION: One or more windows could be added to the side.

FRONT ELEVATION: The Overture above includes a 16'x50' RV garage and a 12'x24' car or boat garage. Also includes, FABRAL Steel Grandbeam lap siding, 4/12 pitch roof, windows, garage doors, walk doors, full insulation, cupola and weathervane, much more. Model as shown is about $21,300.00 on your concrete slab. Includes: insulated roof, 4 ea. 2x3 aluminum windows, 4' walk door, 9x7 garage door with glass, 12x14 roll-up door, 3 ea. 22"x22" octagon vents, Grandbeam lap siding, and cupola.

FRONT ELEVATION: The Overture with a garage on each side. One side could be used as boat storage.

FRONT ELEVATION: The Overture is indeed versatile: Add French doors to one of the 12'x24' spaces and it turns into a great office or workshop. Price is about $30,700.00 plus 1/2 your Georgia county tax. No tax is collected on building installed outside of Georgia. Includes building as show below.

OVERHEAD ELEVATION: Typical floor plan for a 16x50 Overture RV garage and two wing garages. The latter may be extended to any length desired.
30X60 HOME INCLUDING RV/5TH WHEELER ELEVATION: Could this be the ideal solution for that home away from home? See floor plan below.
FLOOR PLAN ELEVATION: This is a sample floor plan including a 20x30 garage and a 40x30 living area. The design can be altered to suit an individual's need. Notice the 8' porch on both the front and rear.
SIDE PLAN ELEVATION: The plan has an 8' porch on both the front and rear. Bradley will be happy to revise these plans.

FRONT ELEVATION: The Alpine features a steep Matterhorn 12/12 pitched roof covering a 16'x40' RV (larger sizes are available) garage and a 10'x32' office or workshop. The porch is 4'x8' and is situated 4' from the front corner. The garage door is 12' in width and 14' in height which will accommodate a Class "A" RV. Of course, all sizes may be changed to meet your requirements. The Alpine comes with a choice of (1) two-tone vertical siding with a chair rail dividing the two or (2) Grandbeam lap siding. The top decorator vent is 22" in diameter, the bottom is 12". Note: The building is shortened in order to provide detail. Approximate price as seen is $27,300.00, excluding concrete.

FLOOR PLAN ELEVATION: The sizes are minimum for an RV garage and office. The RV garage may be expanded to from 18' to 30' in width and 50' plus in length. Similarly, the office/workshop may be expanded in size. The roof pitch may be lessened to either a 10/12 or 8/12 in order to accommodate a wider office. Another garage or office may be added to the left side of the garage which would be similar to the Overture models above. See alternative plan below.

ALTERNATIVE FLOOR PLAN ELEVATION: In this plan, the porch has been removed and the office has been expanded to 12' in width in order to accommodate a boat or some other vehicle. As before, the dimensions may be changed.
