building, choose the options desired, and add your local sales tax. Then insert the sum in the
Amount Financed column (do not use commas). Note: If you desire
to pay a portion of the sum (not required), enter the down payment into your
calculation.

number of months you wish to finance. Click on Compute and your monthly payment
will be displayed.

BRADLEY FINANCING GUIDE:
For models costing more than $8000.00.
Wachovia is offering financing with ZERO down.
Finance $8000.00 to $100,000 with a Home Improvement Loan. The prime equity loan
is for a buyer with good credit and sufficient equity in his/her property to
secure the loan via a second mortgage. (Hint: Borrow an additional amount to pay off
high interest cards, etc.) To compute your monthly payment, key in
the information in the calculator above. Then press Compute. Note: See
the chart below for costs applicable to a Wacovia Home Improvement Loan.
Time from application until closing is about 10 days. Note: Rates may change
without notice. Second mortgages are also available.
