Bainbridge Cabin with Great Room

REAR ELEVATION:  The Bainbridge takes advantage of the 4-part, gambrel roof by increasing the height so as to accommodate 2 bedrooms. The master suite has a 4x12 deck overlooking the 12'x18' main patio. The siding may either be Hardiplank or vinyl. It can also be T1-11, which is less expensive.
GROUND ELEVATION:  The kitchen, dining, and bath are housed in a 10' extension, leaving the entire 18' side to be a living/entertainment area. The galley style kitchen is highly functional and saves steps. The dining area will accommodate a large 6-chair table. The French doors add both light and function. Note the storage area in the AC area -- great for vacuum cleaner, etc.
SECOND STORY ELEVATION:  The closets contain double tiered racks which effectively doubles the closet space. The doors to the short storage will have to be built onsite because the wall is not of sufficient height to accept a standard 7' door. The smaller bedroom has a dormer; there are 2 windows over the stairwell. The smaller wood deck looks out over the larger bottom patio. The Bainbridge Cabin is a great value.
