Front Elevation
Taking advantage of the 10' ceilings, one 10x9 garage door to accommodate either
a van or boat might be a great selling feature when reselling the home. 

Three Bedroom Cambridge Plan A 
Features: three bedrooms, the master with a private bath, the other
shared by the adjoining bedrooms. The front bedroom has a lanai
which would be excellent for a computer desk. The ceiling is cathedral. 
The French doors lead out into the hall, the 3' door leads out to the covered porch. 
The corner of the master bath (in the hallway) has a built-in, lighted curio with 
glass shelving. Air conditioned area is 1,687 square feet, not counting the
optional sunroom. Under roof, not counting porch and sunroom, is 2,263 square feet.
