PLAN A: Cambridge 20' x 40' Home with 800 Sq Ft
Livable Space.
One
Bedroom
with Entrance from End.
Plan features an oversized 17'x19'
great room, nicely appointed kitchen with pantry and pass-through bar to dining
area, washer and dryer conveniently located across from the kitchen, and a
walk-in closet with double tiered shelving to expand the closet capacity. The
plan takes into consideration that most everyone has a TV and a computer. Scroll
down for a variation on the theme.

PLAN B: Cambridge
20' x 40' Home with 800 Sq Ft
Livable Space.
One
Bedroom
with Entrance from Side.
The plan, exhibiting many of the same
features as plan "A", has an expanded utility room, sufficiently large
to accommodate a freezer and a second refrigerator -- ideal for someone who
loves to freeze and can vegetables. Scroll down for a variation on the theme.

PLAN C: Cambridge
20' x 40' Home with 800 Sq Ft
Livable Space.
One
Bedroom
with Entrance from Side.
Plan "C" allows the owner to
design the utility room. Also, the furniture has been removed so as to better
visualize the placement of one's own furniture. Note: The AC handling
unit has been moved to the utility room, which allowed the closet to be
significantly enlarged. Scroll down for a variation on the theme.

PLAN D:
Cambridge 20' x 40' Home with 800 Sq Ft
Livable Space.
One
Bedroom
with Entrance from Side.
Plan "D" is basically the same
as plan "C" with a couple of variations. The utility room has been
preplanned for a washer and dryer, AC unit and hot water heater. Notice the
space for an ironing board in front of the window. The most dramatic change is
the double door entrance into the bathroom. This is ideal when a late night
person wishes to enter the bathroom without waking a sleeping spouse. It is also
ideal when entertaining guests and you do not want them to go through the
bedroom to get to the bath. Notice the large walk-in closet with double tiered
shelving and area for linen. Scroll down for a variation on the theme.

PLAN E:
Cambridge 20' x 40' Home with 800 Sq Ft
Livable Space.
One
Bedroom
with Entrance from Side.
The major change, when
compared to plan "D", is the bathroom/closet combination. The
configuration allows both extra wall space in the bedroom and a little larger bedroom.
