The 6' Arbor, while included in the price, is not included in the size.
The portico can be placed on either end of the Ambrosia.
The window and door are centered in the middle of the two 13' rooms.
Of course, the window may be moved closer to the door if you like; that is,
centered on the wall created by the left corner trim and the faux column.
The slab for the portico should be perfectly level and 4" above the mean level of the ground and, most importantly, 4" below the level of the main slab. The latter is necessary because the siding has to come down over the main slab 1 1/2" for water runoff. A 2' apron or access ramp should be placed on the outside edge of the portico so that a lawn mower can be driven upon the portico slab. Another 2' apron should be installed on the opposite end in order to facilitate easy access to the main building via the 9' garage door. The ramp should be no wider than the door.
The arbor may either have a concrete slab, a pressure treated deck (included) or an earth floor for plantings. Deduct $1.20 SF if the included deck is not utilized.
The building is partitioned into two 13x16 rooms (including the stud walls). These may be easily modified to a different configuration. In order to take advantage of the building height, I included a full loft floor. This is accessed by a Premium pull-down staircase with 6" treads; we may also build a fixed utility staircase with landing.
The arbor may either have a wooden deck floor or deduct $1.25 per
