FRONT ELEVATION: Alpine 24x32 Cottage featuring an 18x7 garage door, 8' wide dormer (houses bath), and a charming covered entrance. The setting is pristine, the home, beautiful.
REAR ELEVATION: The rear of the cottage is a true two-story with a 32' saltbox running across the entire back. The front of the home has a steep 12/12 pitch. The entrance porch has aluminum columns. This home features maintenance free Alcoa vinyl siding. Hardiplank siding is also available.

STAIRWELL ELEVATION: The wide 42" stairwell features a finished tread and kickplate. At the top of the stairs is a pantry. The brown Kraft paper prevents wear and tear on the treads during the construction process.

FRAMING ELEVATION: The rooms are fairly large considering the 24x32 dimensions of the outside walls. The bath is 8x8 and is sufficiently large for either a tub or shower (not included). The front is the great room view; the rear is the bedroom.
GREAT ROOM ELEVATION: The great room as it appears from the bedroom. The two windows over the stairwell flood the room with light. 
SHOWER ELEVATION: The customer delivered a shower stall before the framing began. The floors and walls will be hardwood. Imagine the beauty of this cottage once completed.  Call for details.
